Humans have had millennia to really think about these signs and the different correlations to them. There’s so much that even the ones I am presenting aren’t even close to everything involved with the sign in question. There’s so much more like what body parts, what tarot card, flowers, crystals, you get the idea. Use this as a jumping off point and do your own research. I am sure there’s a specific pizza associated with each of these signs too. So here we go. The seventh zodiac sign is Libra.
The fun thing about Libra is that when the constellation was first assigned to the heavens, it was really both of what is considered the Virgo constellation with the current Libra constellation as her balance/ scales. You know those statues in courtrooms with a blindfolded lady with a scale in one hand and the sword in the other? Take away the sword and the blindfold and voila! Libra. This particular zodiac sign dates back to the Greeks who were prolific about their deities. Themis was a minor goddess of Justice and Law. Why she was given not one, but two places in the zodiac, I don’t feel comfortable speculating about.
As the Greek goddess suggests, the people born under this sign will have definitive stances on either side of the law. Which side is completely subjective and beside the point. They aren’t instigators, rather they are the hapless people that instigators make into fall guys. Because they are so hell-bent on harmony, they will go along with the crowd if it is easier. It’s also incredibly difficult to get a Libra angry and have them keep that anger. If they hold resentment towards you, it’s because you’ve messed up big time.
With Venus as their ruling planet, Libras are secretly in love with the very idea of love. What that means and how it plays out in today’s society, I can’t be sure. I don’t think I’ve ever known someone secretly in love with something, idea or otherwise. If you know a Libra, watch them carefully and make note of any awkwardness they may display- it could be a vital clue to this nebulous concept. But don’t ask them outright. That would be cheating.
